Add Footer Parameter To SEARCH

In the process of updating the TasksContrib? I was somewhat surprised that there is no footer parameter to SEARCH to match the header

add to header entry in Macros and copy the docco in FormattedSearch for header

To clarify. This item was accepted by consensus. No concern raised within the 14 day period. I personally also agree that this is a no brainer.

Sopan Shevale on the TWiki project implemented this feature.

We should do the same for 1.1. The code is pretty straight forward so we should be able to just pick it.
