If you move a topic using Foswiki::Func::moveTopic then TOPICMOVED doesn't get updated. Only if you use the UI:Manage::move method does the meta-data get updated.
This is truly, truly shit.

It has been fixed by MarkSchumann, but he just busted one line. Re-opening to fix that.
