The BulkRegistration page contains a check to see if passwords are modifiable and disables registration if they are not.

We are using Apache authentication for login so of course passwords are not modifiable. This should not stop me from bulk registering (but should stop me from trying to bulk reset passwords).

The form worked fine when temporarily disabled the check but a replacement check may be needed instead.

It may also be useful to place greater emphasis on the need for a LoginName? column when using Apache login / user mapping. Perhaps even an automated check?
