- Edit Wiki Text: the help text with js on or off is different
- In default skin it is even the WYSIWYG help text, because the topic pointed by
EDITOR_HELPis called regardless if there is an editor.
- WYSIWYG help is full of customized html, while it would be better to have 1 or 2 MAKETEXT strings. So that topic (TinyMCEQuickHelp) should be optimized.
