Some Russian chars converted to 'qestion-square' symbol in topic when i try to edit row or if i only view topic before edit. In some cases when i try to edit row i see error ' malformed UTF8 string', but this topic edit by wisiwig editor well and if disable plugin by EDITROWPLUGIN_DISABLE variable then all symbol encoded well.

I see that problem with cyrrilic chars 'K'(CAPITAL ) and chars after small cyrrilic 'k' - converted to 'qestion-square' in some cases...

I see the problem with 'k' char in Sandbox in last edit Topic List( plugin Disabled). May be this one a Engine Bug
