I am downgrading this to normal because you are the only one that see this Sven.

Can you provide a screen shot?

And can you try and verify what it is you see in detail? Ie what CSS is causing this? Clear cache/control F5 etc.

I have no doubt you see it but we are many with many different machines and we cannot see this problem
