Problem: misplaced bottom bar in Internet Explorer
Browser: Internet Explorer 7 (and possibly below) TWiki version: Dakar (Fri, 31 Mar 2006 build 9626)
Description: the users of IE 7 experience problems in the page layout: the bottom bar ("copyright and send feedback" line) appears in the middle of the page instead than at the bottom.

[for pages in the bugs wiki] they are fine with full screen images but not if you view the screen in a smaller version (i.e. before maximising).
