ATTACHEDIMAGEFORMAT expands the size parameter, but for ImagePlugin I only want the width.
So my setting would be:
* Set ATTACHEDIMAGEFORMAT = \n [[%ATTACHURL%/$name][$comment]] %IMAGE{"$name" alt="$comment" size="$width"}%
