consequently, links such as those feaured on http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/WebChangesForAllWebs, eg, http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/rdiff/Support/TWikiDrawPluginEditLink?type=last&render=sequential&context=9000&_foo=3#diff001, don't automatically scroll the browser view to the first change.
this is particularly bothersome with the long plugin *Dev topics

Will, when did they ever apppear? i can't find any code that would generate these anchors, and there are no changes in the log to suggest that anything was changed.
