The doc in AccessControl blithely asserts that groups are done the twiki way (using topics). Of course with alternate user mappings, groups may be implemented quite differently, and this doc becomes confusing.

There's nothing wrogn with the doc that's there, per se, it's just it's difficult to replace it with accurate doc in the event that an alternate usermapping is used.

If it was %INCLUDEd it would be fine; then a contrib for an alternate usermapper could overwite it.

The AccessControl document has been improved to mention alternative mappers, but it still could be better. It would be nice if the configured Mapper could be examined by macro so that AccessControl could include a [MapperName]AccessControl document.
