svn codebase testing

1. trunk.nextwiki.org and testing.nextwiki.org dns entries
   • %DONE% point to gmc's server
2. setup a parallel checkout of the head of the current release, and of the trunk as http://test.nextwiki.org and http://trunk.nextwiki.org
   • %DONE% set up in /home/{test,trunk}.nextwik.org, cronjobs each 15 minutes for svn update, bare config, symlinked .htaccess and Tasks web
   • do we want to symlink all webs?
3. lock using apache auth to the the relevant developers and testers
   • %DONE%, although 'relevant developers and testers' is interpreted as 'registered nextwiki user' atm
4. point at the same, or a copy of the main site's web data (or at least Tasks) %DONE%
5. thus we have a trunk and release branch test site we can all colaborate one, while still sharing the wiki with most users safely. - %DONE% by Koen.
