TinyMCEQuickHelp? is English only. As this is mostly used by beginner users, it probably should be i18n-ed.

Speaking of which, we only have English translations of all the tmce ui (buttons, dialogues, etc).

TinyMCE? seems to have its own internationalisation functionality implemented as JavaScript objects which we could also work on.
