Item2517: KinoSearchContrib missing dependencies under Debian 5.0.3

The package for KinoSearchContrib cannot be installed from the unofficial foswiki repository for debian 5.0.3. packages libkinosearch-perl, libencode-detect-perl are not (yet) in the main tree of Debian.

i was not successful at my rather naïve attempt at using =dh-make-perl= to make =.deb='s. here's my research, though, in the hopes that it helps someone:
