Item2275: mailnotify should show all changes since the last mail

mailnotify lists all topics that have changed since the last mailout.

but oddly, it only lists the last change, not all changes to a topic since that previous mailout.

really what it should do is show a useful diff between the 2 timeframes...

Perhaps. That definitely classes as an enhancement, as it would require a lot more processing to find the revision in place at the time of the last mailout.
