Item2226: TML in form metadata is rendered to HTML by the time it populates the RENDERFORM

This is happening for me with NatSkin, will test later in isolation on a clean wiki installation.

Screenshot shows a Metadata field NarrowerThan which contains the value text [[KeyCharacter][Key Character]]
