Issue

%SCRIPTURL{view}% currently points to foswiki.org/bin/view which kicks an apache error.

Fix A

Add a rewrite rule to apache to send /bin/view to /

Fix B

Add $Foswiki::cfg{ScriptUrlPaths}{view} = ''; to LocalSite.cfg. 

$Foswiki::cfg{ScriptUrlPaths}{view} = '';

has been the norm for foswiki.org for a while; closing.
