When you want to enter a value in configure the help text pops up and covers half the field.
It makes entering or changing the text in the field something between difficult and impossible.

I think we need an [info] icon next to the input so the help text will be shown only if the user wants. And if we do that, why not use a twisty mechanism to let that help text stay on the screen? Then you can even read it when typing.
