Created an installer. Installed on Foswiki-1.0.9.

Confirmed that adding webpermissions to SKIN= works; Edit topic ACLs shows up under "More Topic actions'.

Confirmed that "Set Permissions for" displays properly in page when %TOPICPERMISSIONS% embedded.

ISSUES:

Clicking on "Cancel" results in a bad URL: /foswiki/bin/Sandbox/AaronScamehornSandboxview
Clicking on "Save" results in /usr/bin/perl -wT /var/www/foswiki/bin/save sucking up 80% CPU. Appears to never recover.

"Cancel" issue resolved. Typo in Core.pm, line 402. Should be comma, not period. Don't know how to commit to SVN.

Hello Aaron, WebPermissionsPlugin does need some TLC - perhaps you would like to consider RequestAccessToSubversion so that you can make the changes yourself.

We can talk you through getting started on IRC.

I would check in the fix for you, but then it would have to be released, and that would mean testing the plugin which I don't really have time to do atm

"Save" issue resolved. Extraneous $antiBeforeSaveRecursion = 0; line 415.

Committed to SVN.
