At some time not long before 12 Nov 2008 04:20 server time, WebChangesForAllWebs showed version 3 of Tasks.Item140 in its list of changes. I made an edit to Tasks.Item140, and subsequently, version 4 appeared in the list, but not version 3.

WebChangesForAllWebs is based on a SEARCH over the topics, sorting it by modification date. This means that several modifications to the same topic will be reported as one (the latest). This behavior is by design. AFAIK there is no mechanism to list all the changes made (ie, reporting different changes to the same topic), as even the changes script show only the latest change.

Perhaps this should generate a Feature Request in Development. The information to build this report is there, is a matter of pick it up and show it.

Changing Priority to "Enhancement". (Shouldn't a different category be used to flag enhancements? An enhancement could have a priority level.)

In the absence of watch lists, it is useful to be able to see all changes, not just what topics have been changed recently. WebNotify relies on email notification; I prefer being able to see the changes directly on the website.
