Creating a TestCaseAutoSpreadSheetPlugin? which runs with unit tests but are easy to make for normal mortals by editing the test case topic.

Initial checkin will only contain a fraction of the tests. All that are not implemented are shown as the normal documentation.

I will add more a little at a time.

I hijacked this task to make some of the warn...unimplemented use the new skip mechanism of UnitTestContrib instead.
