Item11797: Occasional META inconsistency after deleting Attachements

We observe occasional META inconsistency after delete multiple attachments in rapid succession.

After deleting multiple attachments from a topic, done from multiple browser tabs in order to quicken the process, it can happen that some %META:FILEATTACHMENT{...}% remain in the topic where as the attachment itself is properly moved to Trash.
