Item11469: Can't change the background colour of table cells

Hy, this does not work properly: TinyMCE picker > Insert/Modify table > Advanced > Backround color > Select a color> Color picker: mouse click anywhere in color-selection field generated allways black (#000000) (it is a new foswiki installation)

• This cannot be easily fixed. Foswiki has no native TML syntax to represent table cells with coloured backgrounds. Please raise a feature proposal if you have some ideas what that syntax should look like. Personally I've thought

  might be workable; need to research the syntax other wiki/CMS systems use. Related: FoswikiDOM
• Leaving this task open as a note to fix these TinyMCE formatting features which should be removed from the UI if they only get squashed in the HTML -> TML conversion process.

Sorry, this isn't easily fixed, but try Support.Faq43 if you'd rather have HTML tables
