Item1080: Parameter 'text' not passed with editSettings

It is not possible to set the settings text with script manage and action editSettings because the 'text' parameter is not passed.

I would expect that
  1. existing settings are loaded
  2. new settings are appended

Note that the alternative saveSettings will overwrite existing values!
