Item10716: Bring in EditActionTrackerPlugin

We are still using this unreleased EditActionTrackerPlugin from twiki.org. It would be nice to bring this into the main plugin and bring it up to date.

I don't see any such plugin in subversion, or on TWiki.org....?

No it was never released. It is only available from the plugins dev topic on twiki.org. See the section under Action Tracker Inputs for the original discussion.

Is this something you would like in the ActionTrackerPlugin, or would you rather keep it separate?

OK, I had a look at it and I can see it needs a lot of cleanup before it would be releasable, but it would be a valid and useful enhancement. There is no reason for it to be incorporated into the ActionTrackerPlugin, it can more easily be developed and released stand-alone. That way I don't have to be in the loop for it's development (I have no time to spend on it, I'm afraid). I reassigned this report to a (new) Component "EditActionPlugin".
