Attachments and attachment metadata of DocumentGraphics are inconsistent. Metadata list attachments blank.png, blank-bg.png, empty.png, monospace.png and proportional.png but those attachments do not exist (the respective ICONs are constructed from templates). The ICONs do work, but the inconsistency has its side effects. For example, ImageGalleryPlugin fills the logs with annoying warnings whenever someone visits System.Macros or System.VarNRIMAGES. There are also some files in pub/System/DocumentGraphics/ that do not have any corresponding metadata in DocumentGraphics, for example blank.gif or blank-bg.gif.
