1.0.x renamed quoted backlinks, so macros like INCLUDE were covered. %INCLUDE{"SomeTopic"} but it also meant that plain text references "SomeTopic" that does not link, was incorrectly renamed.

Item10167 has been fixed to restore 1.0.x behavior.

The fix is incomplete:
  • Escaped references $quotWikiWord$quot are not renamed.
  • Plain text references "WikiWord" must not be renamed.
