After a full month after the first release, I am sure many with me are eager to start creating new things.

To the more knowledgeable on SVN branching: please create a branch so we can continue development.

I also want to start new features and enhancements, but I think the branch can be created just after 1.0.1, to delay cross-fixes a little bit more.

I want to commit the page cache but can't because there's no stable branch.

Delaying until 1.0.1 will also mean we are in limbo for longer.

If we build the 8th as I have been planning then you need to wait maybe till Sunday.

So we are getting there fast. And I agree we need to branch now. Sven and I just thought that waiting another week (since a week ago) would not breaks anyones hearts and a release is such a nice milestone for a branch.
