How do I pass --proxy parameter the htmldoc script?

When having the foswiki server using a proxy server, the GenPDF Plugin/Contrib doesnt work with Links not reachable without the proxy.

for example, when using a logoimage from another website, this generates $LOGOIMAGE instead of the actual image.

It would be great, if the contrib uses the {PROXY}{HOST} and {PROXY}{PORT} settings in the --proxy commandline to htmldoc.

That sounds simple enough, though I don't have a proxy available to test any fix. Needs a Task opened in the Tasks web and I'll take a look at doing this.

There are a few other tasks, but most were too significant and I didn't have time to tackle them.
