Advise how to communicate to all our Foswiki users

Dear communitty,

We're planning to phase out the use of Foswiki in our organization. We want to inform our users that they can contact us to discuss the alternatives if they still use Foswiki. Do you have any advise to easily communicate to them all at once, e.g. a banner on al webs/topic, mail notification, etc.? Thank you in advance for your thoughts and experiences.

Probably the easiest option is to use the BROADCASTMESSAGE macro which is defined either in System.DefaultPreferences or Main.SitePreferences . Most Foswiki skins display this message in the top banner for the entire site.

Another option would be to do a simple search of all the user topics and display their email address and then copy-and-paste that into your email client to send out a notice.
