I think it is better to group tips by subject than by "beginner/expert" (see Support questions categories).

Arthur: could you clarify how you would see this working exactly? Would it be better to present the tips in the same manner as the Support items?

Alex: I could add an extra dropdown option called everything (Just to the form on BestPracticeTips) which would automatically set the limit to something very large (or no limit at all) I'm afraid I don't know how to do that..

You should probably use something like AUTOINC0000 when generating new topics. This looks better when you have a list of BestPracticeTips sorted by name.

Hi Stefan, I considered this when I was developing this app. That is the approach I use myself but I wanted to be consistent with the naming conventions here on foswiki.org.. You can see that this approach was taken for Faq's and also in the Tasks web for Items..
