Comment Newsfare is a weblog and news portal (but what is a portal? not sure) that I built it in PHP. I've been looking for wiki software that can be programmed for small service business database applications such as customer management, time billing, receivables and so on. Don't know yet whether foswiki can be customized to that extent. Hoping it can.
