Topic linker

I came across this message box on Quora that lets you insert links to other pages. It would be nice as addon for Wysiwyg and CommentPlugin.

The display of search results is directly related to ListFormatViewAndEditTemplate and TemplatingSearchResultSummaries.

There's an "insert link" dialog in natedit incl autocompletion for webs and topics that could be leveraged.

Very cool. I hope to address topic linking in WYSIWYG by April (at least, this is what I've told work...). But that shouldn't stop somebody else from trying.

I think I have a way to avoid modal dialogues. But we can test both approaches.
