Native Linux Package Formats

My impression is that 90% of the Linux world uses .deb or .rpm for packages, so it would be good if Foswiki were offered in those formats up front, rather than tar and zip. Also, I imagine SvenDowideit wouldn't mind if the packages could be generated automagically.

There are now autobuilding core .debs for the 1.0.x branch at http://debmarshal.debian.net This work will eventually include trunk and extensions and lead to uploads to Debian.
