Who am I?

I am Joel DeJesus? and I am an English teacher living in Tokyo, Japan. I would like to use the software in educational environments, so I would like to concentrate my efforts in helping with utf8 developments. I have coded before in c++, but I don't know much perl. I will learn as I go. I am quite desperate to get Japanese working in foswiki.

What do I want?

What can I do?

I have programmed in c++ and have some experience with accounting and education. This will help for making applications.

Why do I want to do it?

I want to use foswiki in multilingual contexts. I want to help develop the utf8 compatibility stuff.
