I live in Brisbane, Australia and spend way too much time at work and at home messing with computers, and cars, and bikes - oh and I have a family - so don't expect giving me commit rights to result in a lot of new and exciting changes...

Big fan of lightweight (efficient, effective) process and tools to support it.

Long time twiki user/evangelist (at work).

What do I want?

write access to SVN for the following branches:

Core

wikiplugins

What can I do?

I've been cutting code professionally for 27 years.

I've submitted patches here and there for things ranging from linux device drivers to Boost C++ libraries to Twiki plugins and various things in between.

Why do I want to do it?

I'd like to help out...

I don't have any major contribs planned but I expect to:

Clean up the odd bug

Maybe work on an enhancement or 2 where it looks like something I could use @work

I wonder (as i'm essentially new to Brisbane) if you know enough wiki dev's, admins and champions around here to start a WikiWednesday? ?

We're contemplating a foswiki gettogether at http://lca2011.linux.org.au/ next year

I'm not that linked in on the wiki side of things - just a tool I use. But lca should be a good opportunity to find a few locals.

That said, I'm sure I owe you a beer or 2 already - where is your local? I work inner north side and live inner south.

I work and live in Stafford Heights - thought as the girls get older, I'm slowly getting more flexibility back (mmm, 16 month twins)
