Configure does not list installed TWiki plugins in the page that appears after clicking the "Find more extensions" button in the Extensions section.

It means that if you have TWiki plugins installed (using TWikiCompatibilityPlugin) then they are not listed as installed in configure.

I just checked Release01x00 and this is working correctly, so closing.
