As Micha pointed out in Item9528, TwistyContrib is an old extension which has never been used in the Foswiki timescale.
Problem here is that it's been somehow migrated during the several passes people have done to rename stuff.
By removing these oldies from the sources, I just intend to save people time the next time someone will do some global replacement, and also to very slightly dimish the disk space used for junk 
Anybody against this can revert my commit. Arthur, who's the author of this contrib, agrees.
I will leave this task open because most likely TwistyContrib is not the only useless piece a junk we have in our repository, and now might be a good time to do some cleanup. Maybe not remove the rest, but maybe we could move them into some Legacy sub-directory?
