Has anyone confirmed this on other platforms than Windows?

I did not notice any such problems on Linux based server.

The %PARAM2 problem exists at or around line 587 of Register.pm, where a generic message is expanded without a full set of parameters.

I don't see an unexpanded WEB, however.

This is not urgent; lowered to Normal and fixed.
