Due to the refactor of meta/store, $this->load( ... wasn't reloading the topic from file, so the version that came from the _default web was being re-overwritten by the default one that was put in containing the word 'Preferences'
this lead me on a merry chase, including adding support for settings that were not originally in the topic.
2 tests added - and fixed.
