Item9262: Documented $type token is not implemented in ATTACHMENTS macro

DBCachePlugin documentation lists a $type token to be used, which is supposed to expand to the type of the attachment. It not implemented, however.

ATTACHMENTS will be removed from the next DBCachePlugin release and moved over to TopicInteractionPlugin
