Enhancement New Extension SendEmailPlugin  
It would be great to be able to send emails with attachments. Either from %ATTACHURL{}% or externally.

The plugin uses Foswiki::Func::sendEmail. For sending attachments it will need to use a library. Lots of solutions here: http://www.perlmonks.org/?node_id=19430
