Item9034: COMMENT macro not updating RSS Feed

I've recently noticed that topics which include the COMMENT macro don't update the RSS Feeds when a comment is posted (neither the RSS Feed page on the wiki nor my RSS Reader receive notification of any changes).

I am not sure if this also affects Email Notification as this feature doesn't work under our Foswiki installation.
The RSS feed is generated using the standard WebChanges mechanism, and I just checked, it's definitely updated when a comment is saved.

Can you provide any more information? A testcase, or set of steps to reproduce the problem, would be useful.

Seems to be a bogus report and we will never see any feedback if the reporter does not come back
