The Find Extensions routines reference $dep->{release} instead of $data{release} for the "latest available" release.

$dep->{release} defaults to the "required" version of a dependency ">=0" EXTENSIONS.pm should refer to the %data hash for data extracted from the Extensions topics.

Also the module reports the default description of "Nondescript module" if the description is not provided in the extension topic. This comes from the Dependency.pm module.
