Item8653: Plugin settings are in error

There are two issues. I think they are actually long standing but since it took be a few hours to find the needle in the haystack last night, I thought I would request this be fixed and at least note it here so that next time if someone searches maybe they won't spend so much time figuring out while the plugin isn't working.

Issue #1

There is no reference in the plugin code to the variable REDIRECT_METHOD. All references are to REDIRECTMETHOD. So the variable in the TopicTranslationsPlugin topic should be changed to reflected the actual variable.

Issue #2

There is no "Set" in front of the variable setting on the TopicTranslationsPlugin topic for the REDIRECT_METHOD variable and so even if you make the change in Issue #1, if you don't notice this, things still don't work as expected.

Anyway, these are easy changes that I hope will be fixed in an upcoming release. I hope in the meantime that just posting this here will save someone else some time.
