Some of the extensions are not available for installing with configure.

Why this lists doesn't contain the same extensions and some extensions will not be published in one of this lists?

FreeMindPlugin isn't listed in configure because it didn't have the form "PackageForm" attached to that topic; i have done so.
neither extension showed up in AllExtensions because neither extension was assigned any values for ExtensionClassification. i have done that, too.
they should both now appear in AllExtensions and configure.
