Item8586: GenPDFAddOn doesn't get valid RELEASE and VERSION set in build

Normal Closed Extension GenPDFAddOn  
The problem is that GenPDFAddOn does not contain a module Contrib::GenPDFAddOn

  • Rename GenPDF.pm to GenPDFAddOn.pm
  • Create a stub GenPDF.pm that transfers control to GenPDFAddOn to avoid breaking installed sites
