Item8576: More actions icon points to wrong template

As reported in Support.Question429, the More actions icon in the latest FoswikiSiteSkin (1.1.6) points to the wrong template. It's supposed to point to oopsmore but it does point to more which doesn't exist (patch attached).

Not sure if this relates, but oopsmore.tmpl does not exist in the 1.1.2 release, I had to copy from a previous release.
