Item8363: Add noautolinks parameter

I have implemented a new parameter for DpSyntaxHighlighterPlugin: "noautolinks". A patch for the DpSyntaxHighlighterPlugin.pm module is attached to this topic.

Functionality:

noautolinks="on" produces auto-links: false;.

Also, the plugin's documentation contains an inaccuracy: smart-tabs parameter needs to be changed to nosmarttabs.
