We are still doing a lousy job in providing help to our users. Because users are not helped by a breadth first search.

Now they are asked/forced to look at:
  1. Release issues
  2. Documentation
  3. Additional documentation
  4. FAQs
  5. Support questions

It would be more useful if a user with some quesion on, say, installation, gets an overview of all Installation information in one topic. That topic lists the various sources by kind, or perhaps by date.
