on initial install, before a configure password is set, we should hide the 'enter existing password' box.

also, we should really have configure output nothing if configure is unauthed (once the configure pwd is set) - instead the user should need to enter the pwd to see the screen....

thus the only time unsecured info would be shown, is before the initial LocalSite? .cfg is created.

the next step would be to remove that, by creating an initial LocalSite? .cfg (prompting basically for admin pass, all else is not important...) using configure on the command line
